The Department of Computer Engineering and Systems (DEIS) of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra (ISEC), in partnership with Inova-Ria and Present Technologies, is organizing an Open Lecture dedicated to the topic “AI Agents in Software Engineering”.
The session will feature Nuno Rodrigues, specialist at Present Technologies, who will present a practical overview of the role of Artificial Intelligence agents in software development. The lecture will cover key concepts, implementation examples, and their application in accelerating engineering processes, including the use of coding agents.
This initiative is supported by Inova-Ria, within the scope of its mission to promote knowledge and technology transfer, as well as to foster closer collaboration between academia and industry, strengthening the link between education, research, and real-world application.
Students, researchers, and professionals in the fields of engineering, computer science, and technology, as well as anyone interested in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development.
Participation is free, subject to mandatory registration.
This initiative is organized by the DEIS Image & Representation Committee, with the support of Inova-Ria and Present Technologies.
Note: Students attending the session will be excused from classes, as authorized by the ISEC Presidency.
