The O'Bias project - "Overcoming Gender Bias in Career Opportunities" aims to contribute to the mitigation of persistent gender biases in the labor market. In particular the project focuses on recruitment activities, and how to make them more attractive for both genders, for different professional areas. Expected outcomes of the project include a Guide for the Mitigation of Gender Inequalities in Access to the Labor Market, online tools for the dissemination of information and self-assessment on equality in professional contexts, and supporting materials for the development of skills for employers and stakeholders involved in selection and recruitment processes.
