A company from the Inova-Ria Innovation Network is hiring for its Valença hub. We are looking for a Tech Lead to take on real technical ownership, with the opportunity to influence strategic business decisions.

Your Role & Responsibilities

At this early stage, you will have strong hands-on involvement (60–70% coding and code review), combined with strategic leadership:

Architecture & Technology: Define the technical architecture and make key technology decisions;
Product Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions;
Roadmap & Processes: Plan and execute the technical roadmap, establishing best practices and development processes;
Quality & Reliability: Ensure system reliability and manage technical debt effectively;
Team Leadership: Coordinate external resources and, as the team grows, recruit and mentor new developers.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced professional who can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with the following profile:

Experience: 5+ years in software development, with prior experience leading projects or teams;
Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs;
Frontend: Hands-on experience with React or similar frameworks;
Data: Experience designing and optimizing relational databases (PostgreSQL);
Integrations: Comfortable working with third-party APIs and webhooks;
