Inova-Ria hosted, last Saturday, the technological activity “The Mystery of Letters”, an interactive initiative carried out in partnership with the Municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha, aimed at a younger audience and attended by five children.

Designed as a playful mission, the activity challenged participants to “save words” that were disappearing by solving riddles and decoding secret messages. Throughout the session, participants explored basic concepts of logic and cryptography, including the use of the Caesar cipher.

Learning technology through play

Through a practical and engaging approach, the initiative provided a first contact with the world of programming and coding, fostering skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving and digital literacy.

This activity is part of Inova-Ria’s strategy to promote Information, Communication and Electronics Technologies (ICET) within schools and the educational community, encouraging early interest in technological fields.

Bringing technology closer to the community

With initiatives like this, Inova-Ria reinforces its role in bridging the gap between technology and the school community, contributing to the development of young people better prepared for the challenges of the digital world.

The session took place in a dynamic and participatory environment, highlighting the potential of these approaches to spark curiosity and interest in technology among younger audiences.
