Inova-Ria Programmes
One of Inova-Ria’s main activities is the attraction of qualified human resources aligned with the needs of companies. This activity involves a continuous and privileged relationship with the country’s leading universities, which, through Inova-Ria, gain facilitated access to companies.
This work has been carried out since 2004 through a set of diversified actions that add value to the identification of young talent, the promotion of business projects for the development of academic dissertations, and the integration and follow-up of young students in the corporate working environment.
Inova-Ria currently holds a recognised and consolidated body of experience that has enabled the organisation of 987 internships and grants for member companies. At the same time, it manages a well-established cooperation network with key stakeholders and academic staff who play a strategic role in shaping the professionals of tomorrow.
