Inova-Ria participated in the 2026 editions of the “Para Além da Engenharia” and “DETI4Devs” job fairs, organized by the University of Aveiro, reinforcing its commitment to attracting qualified talent and strengthening the connection between academia and industry.
Throughout the events, the association showcased its ecosystem of companies and available career opportunities, establishing direct contact with students and recent graduates from technological fields.
Attracting talent and strengthening the ecosystem
Participation in these initiatives aimed to increase the visibility of recruitment needs among member companies, contributing to the attraction of qualified profiles in the areas of Information, Communication and Electronics Technologies (ICET).
At the same time, these actions helped strengthen the relationship with the academic community, promoting greater awareness of labor market dynamics and the opportunities available in the region.
Across both events, more than 70 students visited Inova-Ria’s stand, demonstrating strong interest in current and future career opportunities in the sector.

Inova-Ria’s presence at these job fairs is part of an ongoing strategy to foster closer collaboration between higher education and the business sector, facilitating the integration of young talent into the job market and contributing to the development of a more competitive technological ecosystem.
