
In the scope of Genius' integration program, Inova-Ria was present in the first day of Lucas Baptista's reception in the Associated Altice Labs, receiving entity. The student, who is finishing his master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at FEUP, is working on his dissertation with the topic: "Smart Mesh Scenarios Preventive Maintenance System".
In the scope of this project, it is intended to carry out a survey of the state of the art of ACR identification techniques in customer equipment.
The Welcoming Session involved the reception of the student at the Altice Labs Campus in Aveiro, the signing of the Research Grant Contract between the parties involved in the management of the student's internship, the HR framework, the Research Grant procedures, the delivery of the integration kit and work laptop, the Welcome Address by the supervisor Sérgio Miguel Pinto Correia, the visit to the facilities and the welcome by the receiving team.
The research scholarship is remunerated and has a duration of eight months. It runs from 01 February to 30 September 2023. Inova-Ria is the Promoter and Funding Entity responsible for Lucas' integration and follow-up as a talent manager and responsible for the management of this Research Grant.
After completing this Research Grant, the student can join a Genius Competence programme, and may join Altice Labs in the future.
